Every quantity is measured from your plan — room areas, wall lengths, roof and ceiling — and cross-checked against the printed area schedule when your plan includes one. The rates those quantities are priced at carry 25+ years of specialist custom-home building experience. The result is an indicative estimate: built to tell you whether a design fits your budget before you spend money on detailed quotes, not to replace a builder’s contract price.

What does the estimate cover? +

Everything it takes to build the house. The structure — concrete slab, external and internal walls, roof and ceiling — plus windows and doors, plumbing and electrical, kitchen, bathrooms and joinery, floor coverings and paint. Every line is a measured quantity priced at current rates, itemised so you can see exactly where the money goes.

What can I upload? +

A single-page PDF, PNG, JPG or WebP of the floor plan. The marketing plan from a builder’s brochure or website works — that’s exactly what ResiQuote is tuned for.

What happens to my plan? +

It’s used to run your analysis, and if you have an account your quote is saved to your own history. Your plan is never shared or sold.

Do I need building knowledge? +

No. If you can read the room names on a floor plan, you can read a ResiQuote estimate. Every line is a plain quantity — square metres of slab, metres of wall — priced at current rates.
